This listing is for two mosquito screens fitted for the rear doorway opening of the RAM Promaster van.
Easy to attach to each door with super strong magnets sewn into the edge of each curtain to provide maximum staying power.
There is a divider in the center that is also connected with magnets. So it is easy to open and shut, but closes tightly.
Additionally, there are tiebacks on the outer side of each screen, so you can keep the doorway open if needed. The screens can be left in place while the door is closed.
These screens are easy to wipe clean and can be folded up and stored when not in use.
Screens are also available for the slider doorway and the front door windows and privacy shades with a radiant barrier are available for the entire perimeter of the van.
I believe this bug screen idea was a good concept but poorly executed with room for improvement. 1) customer support is behind and/or non-responsive. I’ve seen several others not receive a response when reaching out for questions, including myself. 2) no installation instructions. You can’t assume all of your customers will know how to install without proper instructions. Even McDonald’s had a hot coffee warning on their cups. 3) magnets are not super strong as described. Each time you try to pull back the curtains they fall down. 4) as mentioned, magnets are not strong. The magnets didn’t hold the screen and fell as we were closing the door and now have ripped. Hundreds of dollars spent now wasted. 5) poor quality materials: not strong magnets and mesh tears easily. 6) did I mention lack of instructions and customer support? I would return this product if I could but their return policy states 30 days from placing your order. They don’t ship out until at least 8 weeks! Makes no sense whatsoever. I hate having to speak negatively about this small business as I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but several changes need to happen before they can succeed. I would love a response back from someone about my web inquiry to resolve the issues listed above.
